Thank you so much! Just getting started on my journey and excited to celebrate my first Imbolc. Which crystals do you like to work with for this festival?

Have a beautiful festival tomorrow, Amy! For me, I would use healing, green stones such as aventurine or jade around the festival of Imbolc. I’ve read that many people associated garnet (January’s birthstone) and amethyst with the festival but in my eyes, this is a time of soft awakening and the first green shoots. Gentle healing crystals work well in my eyes.

Happy Imbolc! We still have lots of snow here in upstate New York but I noticed daffodil bulbs are already working their way through the soil. I loved reading your post.

This is such a wonderful guide for Imbolc. Sometimes it can feel like I'm not celebrating the "right" way. But the way you write is so generous and open, and shows that there are many ways to celebrate the changing of seasons!

I'm so glad you think so, Jonny! The festivals should be accessible to all - there is never a right or wrong way to celebrate; the more intuitively we feel into them the better. I hope you have a gorgeous Imbolc.
